Crockpot Baked Potatoes

Posted by on October 31, 2011

This is not so much a recipe as it is a method of cooking. Clean potatoes, then wrap in aluminum foil. Place in crockpot on low for 7-8 hours. Voila! Baked potato without actually baking.

Taco Seasoning

Tacos are a tasty and inexpensive food. You can lower the price, and add some additional flavor, by making your own taco seasoning instead of purchasing packets from the store.

My wife finds this seasoning a pinch too spicy (I think it is perfect), so you may want to skip the red pepper flakes if you aren’t a fan of spicy foods.
