Milk Boiled Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 6-8 ears of corn, husks and silk removed
- water
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Fill a large stock pot with enough water to cover the corn (about half full).
- Add other ingredients to pot (milk, brown sugar, butter) and boil water.
- Add corn and cook for 7-8 minutes until just tender.
- Remove corn using long tongs.
